How do I accept payment from my customers?
Currently, there are a couple of options to accept payment from your customers, such as PayPal and Stripe.

Will you help me set up my store?
Yes. Our 24x7 support team is always here to answer your questions. We also offer a Dedicated Startup Consultant on the Business and Prime plans who can assist you with all things related to setting up your store to getting your first sale!

Do I need a domain name (URL) to purchase my store?
No. If you don't have your domain name yet, you have 30 days from purchase to provide us with one for your store. If you already have your domain, simply enter it on the checkout page.

Do I need an SSL certificate?
It’s included! Your entire site is secure (full site HTTPS). And this helps your SEO too. We believe that you shouldn’t have to worry about keeping your site secure. We provide all the security you need out of the box with all of our plans!

Do you charge bandwidth fees?
No. Our goal is your success! You work hard to drive traffic to your business. If that traffic does not convert to sales, then you shouldn’t be charged for the bandwidth.

How do I pay?
Simply enter your credit or debit card information on the checkout page. Depending on the plan you select, your card will be charged monthly for the amount of your store plan. You can change credit card information at any time.

Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change plans at any time by contacting our Account Services team.

Can I move data from my old store?
Yes, as long as your existing provider allows you to export data in a .csv file. If you purchase a Business plan or above, you can import large quantities of data, in bulk, directly into your new Volusion store.

Are you PCI certified?
Yes. Volusion has been named to VISA's list of PCI Certified providers for seven years running.

Is there a discount if I purchase multiple stores with Volusion?
Yes. When you purchase more than one store with us, you'll save 10% on each additional store. Simply enter "Please apply multi-store discount" in the order notes, and once our billing team verifies, we'll apply the discount to your order.

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. We offer a free, 14 day trial of our shopping cart software, no commitment or credit card required. Simply sign up to get started.
